Two versions are available, designated as UNICODE and ANSI. They are almost identical functionally, however, the Unicode version should behave better where filenames include characters that fall outside the standard range for your locale. For instance, if you are situated in the United States and work with files that have names that include Middle-Eastern characters, then the Unicode version is recommended.
Version 3.9.07
